I noticed the other day, when Roger and I were out on a walk, that there's no quiet left in the world. The only silence we have is our own.

Well, this is just a gorgeous pic.

And thanks for the quiet in the moment.

robin andrea -- A few years ago while I was doing yoga and noticing a familiar stream of distressing thoughts, it suddenly occurred to me to say to those thoughts, "Tell me something I haven't heard before."

To my great surprise, my mind became silent immediately.

Eventually I realized that I was hearing something I hadn't heard before. I began to laugh in delight.
