We have this momentum

We have this momentum.  Nothing can stop us.

Wish I had more time for blogging.  My free time is very limited these days.

Grateful to be self-employed and coming close to being able to pay my bills after 1-1/2 years doing medical transcription editing.  Once I reach the goal of basic survival, my next goal is to be able to put money in savings.

I had a hard time keeping it together as I watched that video. Ultimately, though, rather than make me sad at loosing him, it inspired me. Thanks for sharing it. And I'm also happy to hear you are getting to the point that you can build a savings. Every little bit you can put away helps. It grows. Like hope.

So many people of all ages and all races have been changed in the best of ways by having the Obama family in the White House. We can face whatever comes next.

The words of Martin Luther King, Jr., continue to inspire me: I believe that unarmed truth and unconditional love will have the final word in reality. This is why right, temporarily defeated, is stronger than evil triumphant.

Evil is a strong word. Martin Luther King, Jr., didn't use it lightly. He recognized its existence and didn't give it the power it thought it had.

Unarmed truth and unconditional love grow, too. Like hope!

Thank you for being here today.

we DO have this. there is a groundswell of good people taking necessary action to ensure our way of life. Always good to be inspired by those who have faced extreme adversity.

Good on you, for working your way towards a savings acct. Financial stability, I have discovered, is critical for emotional and mental health. I have lived my entire adult life paycheck to paycheck, except for the last few years. The difference in my stress level is seismic. I know that you're going to make this happen!
