This is gorgeous. What's the medium? I'm half Lummi, and was at the Paddle, even though I don't live in WA.

Guy -- Thanks for stopping by and for your kind comment on my painting. During the time of the Paddle, I was posting a series of 25 paintings on my blog. All the paintings were done using gouache and watercolor on watercolor paper. They were small paintings, mostly 9 x 12 inches. Are you a painter?

Not a painter, but a longtime student of art history and an appreciator of good art. Is that particular piece for sale by any chance?

Yes. Thank you for asking.That is the only painting from that series that I framed. It's been a long time since I tried to sell any of my paintings, although I was represented by Blue Horse Gallery in Bellingham in the late 1980's and early 1990's. Perhaps you could contact them at:

Is this particular piece 9"x12"?

Guy -- The painting itself is 9" x 12".

The painting with mat and frame is
16-1/4" x 19-7/8".
